Ulrich Laska, the principal and owner of ULAC since 1972 has dedicated his entire professional career exclusively to air terminal planning and design. Ulrich brings a design orientation focused heavily on the passengers’ experience. ULAC have a record of over 400 aviation projects and a list of over 70 aviation clients. Ulrich has been personally involved with over 100 air terminal related design projects including the award-winning Vancouver and Victoria air terminals in Canada.
Ulrich Laska holds a Bachelor in Architecture from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario (Ivey School of Business) and is a member of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia, Canada.
Ulrich has a lifetime of experience in complex air terminal planning, complex flow resolutions, groundside and airside planning design, phasing, and project delivery, usually in the context of fully operational air terminal buildings. His particular specialization is the re-planning, renovation and expansion of existing mid-size air terminal buildings.
